1 Oast Cottages is a very attractive double fronted cottage directly opposite the village green in a small gated converted development. This holiday cottage offers a good sized sitting room with a lovely woodburner and a pretty dining room with a table to seat at least 6 people. The kitchen is small but perfectly equipped.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and a family bathroom. The cottage has retained many of its period features. There is a wonderful private garden round the back of the cottage which is totally secluded and perfect for BBQ's and entertaining. The garden is detached from the house so you do have to walk around the back of the cottage to gain access. Once in there it is fully enclosed.

This property also benefits from parking for one car in the courtyard.

The cottage is a perfect holiday for walking, with miles of beautiful walks on your doorstep so ideal for dog walking, family breaks, romantic getaways.....

Ickham is a truly delightful village with an award winning Gastro Pub called The Duke William. (only a few steps away!)

There are wonderful walks from the village with breathtaking countryside around you. Canterbury is only 7 miles away and it is not too far from Sandwich and Deal if you fancied going to the seaside for the day.

Along the front of the cottage itself are attractive borders planted with a variety of flowering shrubs and bushes. Beyond this property, further along the courtyard, a door leads through to a path running along the rear of the properties with a fence along the opposite side through which gates lead to the gardens of the cottages. The rear garden to Number 1 is a good size and surrounded on all four sides by timber fencing with a timber garden shed in one corner and paved patio area with garden table and seating. The remainder of the area is laid to gravel with a border along one side planted with a fig tree. There is a timber framed log store too. The garden attracts plenty of sunshine. Washing line. BBQ. You access the garden from around the back so it is not attached to the garden
