A large kitchen to the back has a stable door out to the pretty courtyard, which makes a lovely outside dining space during the summer months. There is a wonderful sitting room with exposed brickwork chimney breast surrounding the open fire, and also a good sized dining room off the kitchen with an extendable table seating up to 8, providing ample space for family groups.
It sleeps 6 people comfortably. All three bedrooms are a good size, two doubles on the first floor and a twin snuggles under the eaves at the top of the house. The spacious bathroom enjoys a free standing bath and separate shower.
The house is perfectly located in the centre of the town with easy access to Deal seafront and the High Street.
This is a very appealing choice for holiday makers, with wonderful beaches, stunning seaside walks, a lovely promenade in a town steeped in history and culture. Deal offers a micro-climate with the best of the summer weather with so much to do and see. This is golfers paradise too with the famous Royal St Georges, Royal Cinque Ports and Princes links golf courses on the door step.

The hi-fi is: a Yamaha RN 500 receiver, which as well as serving as an amp and radio, has internet and Wi-Fi capabilities; a Yamaha CD player. There are books, CDs, games (all on bookshelf) and DVDs (in TV/hi fi unit drawers, as are some of the kitchen and dining room kit brochures) to enjoy.
