A superbly presented Victorian holiday home with incredible seaside views of fishing boats drawn onto the shingle, beach huts and a panoramic swath of the English Channel and on a fine day the French Coastline. The stunning location is the first thing that greets you when you arrive at this fabulous Victorian seaside home. Overlooking the historic Walmer Green, The Royal Marines Bandstand and the sea, this property has it all when it comes to views.Walking up the stairs to the front door and going straight into the open plan living room you are immediately drawn to the bay window where the panoramic vista opens up in front of you. This lovely holiday home has been decorated to a very high standard by the owners and offers extremely comfortable and flexible accommodation with four good sized bedrooms on the upper floors. There are plenty of period features in the sitting room with a stripped floor that continues through to the kitchen/dining area and also has a wonderful multi-fuel log burner as well as large sash windows to the front.
The country style kitchen has a table that can seat eight people and it is just the place for anyone who enjoys cooking and entertaining. There is a summer and a winter Aga as well as an integrated microwave and dishwasher. The nearby recess houses a large American style fridge/freezer and a washing machine/dryer.
On the half-landing you will find a shower room and WC. At the front of the house, there is a second sitting room with even more impressive views across the coastline. The next floor has a magnificent family bathroom with a central roll top bath, 'his' and 'hers' basins and a shower.. This is adjacent to the master bedroom with a king size bed, where you can sit up in bed and watch the fishing boats going out to sea! There are two further bedrooms on the top floor. Both the twin bedrooms have zip and link beds to make a double or have as twin beds.
The sun-drenched garden is ideal for relaxing after a busy day at the beach. There is a BBQ and a large table for enjoying outside entertaining. It has a pretty pergola, decking and a summer house with a fabulous hot tub that can be used all year round. Beyond that is off road parking for up to two small cars.

This property is opposite Walmer Green, the venue for various events through the summer which include brass bands, vintage vehicles, braderie and many more. Every year during Deal Regatta week there is a fair held on the green. In 2016 this is from 23rd - 30th July. This can be noisy.
