If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and picturesque for your next trip, the quaint village of Kingsdown in Kent is the perfect fit. We have a wide selection of Kingsdown locations, choose from family cottages or cosy retreats perfect for a romantic break. Why not take advantage of our winter sale, save money and book now! Need any more convincing?

Kingsdown is a charming seaside village, it’s tucked into the White Cliffs in between Deal and St Margaret’s. Stroll or bike along the coastal path to nearby Deal taking in the sea air. Or amble along the clifftops to spend an afternoon in St Margarets.

The beach is characterised by its colourful painted beach huts, rock pools and white cliffs. You can even see France on a clear day. Bring your passport for a sneaky day trip across the Channel, ferries from Dover are cheap and quick.

A quiet area with all the charm of an English village, it’s served by a butcher, post office and newsagent for all the essentials. Everywhere is within walking distance and there’s a friendly pub, The Zetland Arms is on the beach, serving up local beer and hearty food. The town of Deal is a short drive away for independent boutiques and a weekly market.

Take in the outstanding natural beauty of the scenery around you. Windswept walks by the sea are a great way to clear out the cobwebs after a week at the office. There’s plenty of space for children and pets to run around free and explore.

Come home to a cosy cottage at the end of the day with a roaring fire and a comfy bed. There are some amazing properties in Kingsdown that make for an unforgettable stay. Take a look at our selection.
