Reviews
"Good location in conservation area - two doors from pub and about 5 mins walk to beach. Plenty of room for six of us. Courtyard garden a good size. Note: stairs to top floor are steep, challenging for elderly/infirm. Good to have three loos. A solid rental house."
"We loved 11 Duke Street. It’s the prefect location in Deal. A few minutes to the beach, a minute or two to the High Street and right near an excellent Sainsbury’s and Aldi. Could not have been better. The house itself was lovely and spacious and well laid out for two families. We had a floor each with our own bathrooms. With the two sitting areas everyone was happy - teenagers down one end and adults the other. Perfect.
It was great having the housekeeper over the road as we had a few minor emergencies which she sorted straight away."
