Just seconds from the bustling Georgian town of Deal with its independent cafes, restaurants and artisan shops and just a short 300 yards walk from the beach, Duke Street is an ideal location. Deal Castle and the Pier are only a 5 minutes stroll along the promenade and further coastal walking takes you through Walmer and Kingsdown to the lovely Zetland Arms, one of the few UK public houses on a beach, with views of the iconic white cliffs. Walking in the other direction along the coast you will walk past some of the most prestigious links golf courses in England and almost deserted beaches.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
No pets are allowed at the property.

Local Information

Duke Street is nestled in the conservation area of Deal, just between the high street and the seafront. You can wander into the high street easily from the property, where you will find many shops, restaurants, pubs, bars, a castle, museums and much more. You can enjoy a drink in one of the many independent coffee shops, hire a bike and cycle all the way along the promenade or if walking is more your thing, you can go walking up on the cliffs towards Dover. This property has the ideal location for a family seaside getaway.
