There are three good pubs within 100 yards, the best fish and chip shops and a large variety of restaurants, delis, cafes, galleries and independent shops around the corner (Sainsbury's and Aldi are nearby too for stocking up on provisions). The property is located just yards from the beach, where you can walk or bike all the way along the promenade to Sandwich Bay in one direction or Kingsdown in the other.
