Keepers Cottages are very happy to welcome you to 22 Church Path. This pretty 2-bedroom, Victorian property is situated in a pedestrianized section of Church Path & is just a 4-6 minute walk from Deal train station with its hourly, hi-speed rail service to & from St Pancras International. This charming property sleeps four in 1 double bedroom & 1 twin-room, there is a full-size cot in the twin room if required. The property would suit a family, couple or a small group of friends. Located slightly further away from the seafront & busy high street, the property benefits from a quieter location & has a surprisingly large enclosed rear garden. It is however possible to walk to the centre of Deal in less that 10 minutes.


Due to the pedestrianized location of no.22, it is not possible to park directly outside, however you can pull up at the north end of Church Path to unload & then you will have to re-park your vehicle in
one of the nearby streets where there is some free parking available.

The owners have recently renovated the property to a very highly standard & in doing so have created a cosy, comfortable home that would be a perfect place to spend a holiday on Deal.


Entrance through front door there is a softly carpeted reception room on your right with soft-sofas, TV & period fireplace. Please note the fireplace is not in use.

The hallway leads you through to a dining room on the right with pretty décor, built in storage, Scandinavian style dining table & chairs which seats 4 people. The room has an attractive view of the rear garden.

The well- designed house follows cleanly through to a newly installed contemporary fitted smart black kitchen, fully equipped with oven hob, microwave, coffee machine, cooking equipment & enough glass & chinaware to create a comfortable stay should you wish to get creative in the kitchen.

There is a useful utility area located off the kitchen with a washing machine, tumble drier, extra sink & WC.

Access to the large, sunny enclosed rear garden is via the kitchen. The surprisingly large, enclosed space is paved, with raised flower-beds, wooden picnic-style furniture & a useful washing line should you need it to dry your beach towels!

Carpeted stairs lead up to the half landing & rear master bathroom where the owners clever ideas & use of space continue, the result is a bright, immaculate family bathroom with a period style bath with shower attachment, WC, vanity unit with ceramic hand-basin & separate glazed enclosed shower & parquet style flooring.

Four carpeted stairs lead to the twin bedroom on the left with a rear view of the garden, two white wooden single beds & a full size cot. This room can be re-configured as required.


The master bedroom with street views, has a seaside-style wooden double bed, some storage, soft carpet & an attractive array of nautical artwork most found locally in Deal’s many quirky shops & Saturday Market.

No.22 Church Path is a well-equipped, sensitively thought-out holiday home & would be an ideal base for your trip to Deal.
