"25 Water Street is a lovely place to stay. So comfortable, as a family of 5 with a dog we were happy to be in the cosy downstairs living/kitchen area but if you wanted even more peace there is a lovely pair of bright living rooms on the ground floor. The house is so well located for both the beach and the High Street with all the fantastic arty and foody shops, and very importantly plenty of great fish and chip places!! We will definitely be returning!"

Never having visited Deal before we found it a charming town with lots of small shops. It is within easy reach of larger towns such as Margate and Broadstairs."

A lovely light filled room with a double aspect to the front and the back. Open fireplace, TV and lots of comfy sofas and a really comfortable sofa bed.
Family bathroom with a bath and a shower on the first floor, not on the same floor as the bedrooms.
The lower ground floor
A wonderful well equipped kitchen/dining room. Through pine doors to garden and shower/toilet room.
A great sitting room with a sofa bed, an ideal games/TV room for adults and children alike.

Dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £25 per dog.
There are two hairdryers at the property, one in each of the two main bedrooms.

There is a garden to the rear with seating.
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
