This wonderful three bedroom house is walking distance to the beach and the shops. Offering lots of living space with a double reception room on the ground floor with an open fireplace. Downstairs is a fabulous kitchen and another sitting room with another fireplace. There are two bathrooms, and two good size double bedrooms with a bunk bed room on the same floor. The house sleeps six comfortably and there is a sofa bed to provide more accommodation for up to eight people. This is a perfect holiday home for families, couples or groups of friends. It has been lovingly restored by the owners to provide comfortable accommodation. Dogs are very welcome to come and stay too.

"25 Water Street is a lovely place to stay. So comfortable, as a family of 5 with a dog we were happy to be in the cosy downstairs living/kitchen area but if you wanted even more peace there is a lovely pair of bright living rooms on the ground floor. The house is so well located for both the beach and the High Street with all the fantastic arty and foody shops, and very importantly plenty of great fish and chip places!! We will definitely be returning!"

A lovely light filled room with a double aspect to the front and the back. Open fireplace, TV and lots of comfy sofas and a really comfortable sofa bed.


Family bathroom with a bath and a shower on the first floor, not on the same floor as the bedrooms.

A wonderful well equipped kitchen/dining room. Through pine doors to garden and shower/toilet room.

A great sitting room with a sofa bed, an ideal games/TV room for adults and children alike.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.

It's sought after location makes this a very popular choice for holiday makers wishing to take a vacation in Deal, Kent. Deal is a very popular seaside town which once upon a time had a thriving fishing industry the heritage of this can be seen in the pretty conservation area in the centre of the town. There is also a lively shopping centre with many high street names and a good selection of interesting independent shops. Along the seafront and in the town are many bars, pubs and restaurants including one at the end of the pier, where you can enjoy a good meal and admire the wonderful views of the elegant seafront properties and the surrounding coastline, from the White Cliffs of Dover past the three famous links golf courses and across to the Isle of Thanet.?
