As you enter into this immaculate and spacious three-storey property, you will instantly feel at home. Ground floor

Enter into a large hallway on the ground floor.

Downstairs bedroom

On the left hand side as you enter the house, is a light and spacious bedroom with a king size bed, large wardrobes, a desk and a chair. Set at the front of the property, this bedroom looks out into the barracks.

Downstairs bathroom


Directly opposite the downstairs bedroom is a downstairs shower room with a walk in shower, handbasin and WC.

Cloakroom

On the ground floor and to the back of the house is a very useful utility room with a door out into the garden.

Downstairs sitting room/snug

Just off the utility room is a large downstairs snug with plenty of comfortable seating and coffee tables with views out into the garden. There are two single beds if required.

Garden

A large private courtyard garden which becomes a real sun-trap. The courtyard has a lovely decked area with a small table and chairs and a shingle area surrounded by lots of plants and flowers.

First floor

Reception room

A spacious and light reception room with a fan heater, comfortable sofas to seat 4+ people comfortably, lamps, coffee table and a large TV. The perfect place to sit and relax after a day at the beach.

Kitchen and Dining room

A well equipped large and open kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has everything you may need during your stay and opens into a large dining room with seating for 6-8 people. This is the perfect space to eat with friends and family.

Second floor

Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom

Large master bedroom on the top floor at the front of the house. This room boasts a super king size bed, ample wardrobe space, mirrors, lighting and a brand new, modern en-suite bathroom.

The en-suite has a walk in shower, WC and handbasin.

Single bedroom

The single bedroom lies at the back of the house with views out to the garden. This room has a cot in so this room would be perfect for toddlers.

Twin bedroom

A third, large and beautifully finished bedroom with twin beds and plenty of storage space. Looking out to the garden.

Family bathroom

Good size family bathroom on the top floor with a bath and a shower head, WC and handbasin.

Additional information

This property is located in the old cavalry barracks in Deal, which is completely private and just minutes from the wonderful seafront in Walmer. There is private parking in front of the house on a driveway. There is additional visitors parking spaces available.

I don’t think the current pictures on the web does the place justice! It is a beautiful, modern house with so much luxury! The bedrooms is huge and the bathrooms so modern and clean! We just loved the place! Beds are extremely comfortable! The property was clean, no complaints! Loved our welcome message - Really nice touch! Had an issue with the alarm - called and git resolved very swiftly- amazing service!!! Suggestions: The backyard is so cozy - having a weber or Gas BBQ will definitely be a luxury to have. We’ve stayed here several times with our two young children, who love how close the property is to the beach and a short walk/scoot/bike into town! For us it ticks all of our boxes, parking in front of property, small secure garden to relax in, large property which is fully equipped and lovely serene setting. In a great location which isn’t inside the busy streets of town but only a really pleasant sea front walk away. We love not only Deal but the other places which are a short drive away such as Margate & Broadstairs. We stayed here with our new born and were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Everything we required was provided for us and all rooms, on all three floors, were immaculately presented. We were very happy to find that it was only a minute's walk from the beach and a short ten minute walk into the main high street.
