"I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our visit! Beautiful house with a very special garden. Very quiet yet only minutes to the high street with a fabulous selection of boutiques delis bakeries etc .. Being less than five minutes to a most beautiful stretch of coastline it’s just perfect! Bike hire available at a reasonable price too Fish and chips on the beach watching the sun go down was a real treat! So clean and beautifully furnished. I can’t recommend this lovely place highly enough! An absolute gem in the garden of England 🌹 We’ll be back for sure! Thank you x"
"Myself & 3 girlfriends stayed in this charming , comfortable house for 1 week. It is very spacious & airy with the most beautiful garden that feels like a real hidden gem. Just enough off the beaten track to feel really peaceful but close enough to town & the train station to be very accessible. Loved the view of Deal castle from the top room. I recommend!"

Blenheim Road is a great base for a seaside holiday in Deal. The location benefits from wider streets, larger properties with wonderful gardens and a limited amount of free parking in Blenheim Road and the nearby streets.
The front door leads you into a second glazed door and hallway, which leads into the beautiful through-lounge which has been cleverly furnished to create an elegant sitting room with a comfortable sofa and armchairs. There is an electric log-burner 'style' heater in the fireplace which adds a charming focal point to the room. Please note this is for display and light purposes only, the property has radiators throughout.
The owner has created a space with a piano in it for all those music lovers!
The rear area of the large reception room has a luxurious modular sofa for relaxing and watching TV or reading. The owners really have catered for everyone's tastes with this large, yet cosy social space! It is carpeted throughout with a soft, wool carpet. There is an intriguing extra glazed room which leads off the rear lounge area and will no doubt prove an interesting additional space for your stay.
The kitchen/diner at the rear of the property is bright and airy with beautiful views of the garden which leads directly from the kitchen via large glazed doors, giving the feel of a wonderful inside/outside space. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven. Please note there is no dishwasher. There is a washing machine for guests use, this is located in the basement.
The dining table can comfortably seat six to eight people, the owners have kindly left spare folding chairs should you need them.
Softly carpeted stairs lead to the first floor, there is a newly decorated, bright single bedroom.
A second large, equally cool, calm bedroom with an en-suite. This has recently had a new chrome shower installed. The bed is king size and can be split into two singles if required. This room benefits from a large amount of built-in storage cupboards and drawers.

The third bedroom is located in the beautifully converted (and very large), open-plan loft space. This incredibly quiet, carpeted room has a super-king size bed and a small amount of storage space. There should however, be enough space for extra garments to be stored in the first floor master bedroom. There are velux windows which give tantalizing glimpses of Deal's charming rooftops and majestic castle. Please note, stairs lead directly from the first floor to the second floor bedroom. This is an open-plan space without an internal door.
The large enclosed garden has been lovingly planted with a variety of shrubs, plants and pots. There is a wonderful, historic stone window-arch positioned at the rear of the garden. When you sit on the tilled, covered terrace which leads from the well equipped kitchen/diner, you would be forgiven for thinking you had stepped out into a Tuscan hideaway!
Please note the property does not have a private parking space.
The garden is an unexpected treasure which will enhance your stay. The road has an interesting array of properties, which makes for a pleasant stroll into town or to the seafront. Both Deal high street, Walmer, the seafront and two large supermarkets, both within an approximate 10-15 minute walk.
