"This is great property. A 10 minute walk to the centre but close enough to everything. The views from the patio deck are stunning and this adds to an already great property. The master bedroom faces the sea and you can hear the waves as you fall asleep. It is well equipped and very nicely furnished with a homely feel. This was our first visit to Deal and will not be our last, it's a relaxed town with good shops and galleries and some super restaurants."

The apartment is located on the third and fourth floors of 'The Marina.' Please note as access to the apartment is reached via two flights of stairs, this property would not be suited to those with mobility issues.?
First floor

Large and modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. Fridge freezer, large gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Enjoy the beautiful views towards Betteshanger Park and the fantastic sunsets from this room.
Sitting room
Large, open plan room with large corner sofa, armchair, 50" TV and six seater dining table. This room overlooks the sea and has a door onto the south facing roof terrance with a table, chairs and loungers. The owners have created a wonderful feeling of relaxation with a choice of cosy seating areas, whether you wish to sit and read a book, watch TV or simply enjoy the breath-taking views!
