Located in the conservation area and an approximate 8-10 minute walk from Deal Train Station, Princes St is a pretty, quiet road, just a short distance from Deal High St and the famous seafront. There is a choice of café’s, bars, and restaurants nearby as well as wonderful array of both independent shops and some well-known retailers.
The popular Deal Town Market which happens every Saturday (weather permitting!) Is also very close by and a must for weekend visitors to the town. You will be spoilt for choice with the numerous suppliers of baked goods, coffee, wines and fresh produce alongside antiques and local crafts.

Step through the front door and via an inner vestibule. Glazed double doors lead you into the open-plan, double reception room. There is wonderful enclosed rear garden with the handsome Bay Tree from which the property takes its name the perfect place to enjoy a drink or bite to eat during the warmer months.

Please note - There is a cosy L -shaped, wooden-clad garden building which is arranged with a day-bed during the day, perfect for lounging or reading a book perhaps, whilst enjoying the garden.

The day bed can be configured as 2 single beds for overflow guests and would be ideally suited to older children or teenagers, the cosy wooden structure has pleasant decor & central heating.

The front facing master bedroom has a pleasant street view from the large bay window. An extremely comfortable king-size bed, luxurious bedding and ample storage. An elegant pale wood bench matches the wooden headboard.


Bathroom
The newly-installed bathroom is located to the rear and has a pretty tiled floor, wooden panelled walls and tiled bath area. There is large handbasin, WC and built-in bath with shower overhead and a heated towel rail. A washing machine / dryer is stored in the built-in bathroom cupboard, guests are welcome to use this during their stay.
