On the ground floor, the open plan sitting / dining room and dining with wood burner provides an excellent space for socialising whilst the enclosed garden is the perfect place to relax and soak up some sun. The modern kitchen is well equipped and leads out into the garden and there is a ground floor bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms and shower room. Located in the lovely Georgian town of Deal, Driftwood is an easy five minute walk to the seafront with the long promenade and Pier, and just a few minutes from the lovely Victoria Park the ideal spot for children and dogs; Tides Leisure Centre with gym, pool and tennis courts; and a nice rank of local shops.
