Bedroom - sleeps 2, with Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, armchair, wardrobe, table and two chairs.
Bedroom – sleeps 1, with 3ft single bed, bedside table and lamp, cupboard with hanging space.
Bathroom with bath, walk in shower with overhead rain shower & separate handheld shower head, wc and basin.
Garden
A small, paved area with bistro table and two chairs.

No parking but free on street parking available.
All bed linen and bath towels provided - please bring beach towels.
A cot and highchair are available on request.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
No dogs are allowed at this property.
Local Information
The apartment is located in Walmer, with its vast expanse of beach and promenade. A lovely seaside stroll takes you in one direction to Deal with its bustling centre, conservation area with boutique and independent shops, live music and an array of cafes and restaurants. An equally lovely stroll in the other direction takes you to Kingsdown with the iconic Zetland Arms located on the beach, and on further to the majestic white cliffs of St Margaret’s Bay.
