"Lovely 2 up, two down cottage, well decorated and nicely situated. Parking can be an issue but if you've got a small hatchback, you'll be able to park on the short driveway. Be careful of the BIG step down into the bathroom though doesn't take long to get used to. Lovely garden - big enough for the dog to have a good run around. 10-15 mins walk to the high street where you'll find loads of nice places to eat or drink - most of them dog friendly. We love Deal and loved staying at Middle Deal Road"

The front door leads directly into the sitting room with a sofa, two armchairs and a smart TV with netflix.
Dining Room
Spacious dining room with a table and chairs to seat 4 comfortably. The owners have left a few board games and books here too.
Kitchen
A brand new kitchen with everything you may need for home cooking. Electric toaster and kettle, fridge, freezer, double oven and dishwasher.
Garden
Large garden which has a patio area with a BBQ, table and chairs for four and an umbrella. Lawn area beyond.
First Floor
Bedroom One
Sleeps 2 - kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and two lamps.
Bedroom Two
Sleeps 2 - double bed, built in wardrobe, two bedside tables and two lamps.
Family Bathroom
Large bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and wc.
House Rules
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house (four guests).
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.

Towels and linen are provided.
Starter supply of tea, coffee, sugar sachets provided.

Central heating throughout.
Charcoal BBQ (charcoal will not be provided).
