Parking
Guests can park on Beach Street (on the seafront). Parking restrictions apply. If you would like to find free parking, head up to the seafront and turn left, keep going all the way down to the Marina where the parking restrictions disappear. This all becomes free on road parking. You can also park in College Road or Sandown Road for free. There are car parks dotted around the town too.
Things You Need to Know
Towels and linen are provided - no beach towels provided for beach days.
One small dog is welcome. Please note additional £25 will be charged.
Please note the stairs are steep throughout and typical of an old cottage and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
There is an enclosed patio to the rear with seating and a Weber Q gas BBQ.
Wi-Fi access.
Central heating throughout.
Log burner - logs can be ordered with your booking.
House Rules
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
