Bedroom - sleeps 2, with Super Kingsize bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, decorative fireplace, tea and coffee making facilities.

Bathroom with roll top bath, wc and double basins.

Second floor

Bedroom Two

Bedroom – sleeps 2, with Super Kingsize bed (from the Ritz Hotel, Paris), bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, decorative fireplace, tea and coffee making facilities.

Bedroom Three

Bedroom – sleeps 2, with two 3ft Single beds, built in wardrobe, en-suite wc and basin.

Garden – fully enclosed garden with three hole putting green (putters and balls provided) and astro turf lawn, rattan garden seating for relaxing, and table and chairs for dining.

Lodge

Separate lodge – sleeps 2, in the garden, fully self-contained with open plan living space, Kingsize bed, sofa, kitchen area with Corian work top, electric hob, microwave, fridge.

Bathroom with roll top bath, handheld shower attachment, wc and basin.

Parking

Private parking space for one car at the rear of the property, free on street parking to the front.

Things You Need to Know

Towels and linen are provided - no beach towels.
Cot and high chair available on request.
Please note the stairs to the second floor are steep and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
Please be advised loud music is not permitted during any stays.
Wi-Fi access.
Central heating throughout.
Log burner - if you would like logs, please order these with your booking.
Two small, well behaved dogs are allowed at this property. An additional £25 will be charged per dog.

House Rules

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
