Pebbles Cottage, in Deal, Kent is a pretty holiday cottage sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. Just a short stroll to the beach, town centre and famous Deal castle, this property is perfect for families, friends or couples looking for a romantic getaway.

Pebbles is a pretty, modernised Victorian cottage situated in a very quiet location within minutes of the Deal town centre and the beach. The owners have lovingly decorated the cottage in a style which reflects its seaside location. Original floorboards, exposed brick work and a wood burning stove are just a few of the beautiful features within this cottage. Pebbles has a delightful sunny garden with the added bonus of secure off road parking. The cottage is a perfect holiday home for families, friends or couples wanting to escape for a romantic getaway at any time of the year. In the winter you can cosy up in front of the fires or in the summer you can enjoy the seaside and the wonderful garden. Everything is within walking distance from the cottage.


Dining Room
A lovely large light room with an extending dining table, ample seating & an ultra-realistic, electric wood burner.

Sitting Room
Two very comfortable leather sofas, open fireplace with exposed chimney breast surrounding a working wood burning stove. Open plan access to the kitchen.
TV & DVD player. CD player with DAB & FM radio & Bluetooth connection.

Utility Room
Obscured glass double doors to utility room with a newly installed shower, basin & WC. There is also a washing machine which guests are welcome to use.

A well equipped Shaker style kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, four burner gas hob and electric oven under.

First Floor

Bedroom One

A lovely light room with a king sized bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe and a TV

Bedroom Two
A pretty bedroom overlooking the garden, a king sized bed, built in wardrobe, bedside tables, dvd player and a TV.

A really good sized bathroom with a bath with mixer taps and shower attachment and a separate overhead shower, washbasin and WC.

To the rear of the house there is a delightful fully enclosed beach-themed garden, mainly laid with pebbles with wood walkway, having a decked beach hut and with borders stacked with a variety of ornamental trees, shrubs, flowering and climbing plants including a vine, fuscia and fruit trees. A pair of double gates open to a large parking space.

We had a wonderful new year stay,We have been with you before & 6 Capstan Road is a very nice cottage, but with the offstreet parking in the yard Pebbles 13 Hope Road takes the points also it was January but the central heating was first class easy to use and we were very cosy. Loved the cottage, one of the best we have stayed in in 43 years!!!! Walked to Sandwich and listened to French Folk music. Walked to Dover, called in at the Pines Garden and had the best scones, walked to Ramsgate and Broadstairs. Visited the amazing garden at Sissinghurst and Roman Fort. What a beautiful cottage! Everything we needed and the best we have ever stayed in. Weather been very kind to us. Visited Broadstairs, Margate, Ramsgate, Sandwich and Canterbury. We used the buses and trains. Gorgeous meal at the Royal Hotel and fantastic breakfast at the Pier. Urban Chic is worth a visit in the High Street for lovely gifts. We had a great week and thank you! Probably the best cottage we have ever stayed in. The parking and fabulous garden to sit in was such a joy. The beach hut is amazing and we enjoyed our morning coffee there most days. Visited Zetland Arms at Kingsdown beach, dined there twice but you need to book. Royal Hotel, Deal waterfront is very good and friendly service. Rye, an hours drive away, very quaint.Broadstairs ice cream parlour on the beach front was excellent. Super place to stay and the off street parking is great. Great position in town. We visited Dover Castle, Walmer Castle (during Storm Katie!), Broadstairs and time exploring Deal. Great food at Whits, Zetland Arms and 81 Beach Street. Lots of super places for Breakfast in Deal. Great cottage and good base for the boys to get on with revision! John and Michelle, April 2016
