Many period features have been retained along with high ceilings, stunning picture windows, decorative fireplaces and wooden floors. The interior is a wonderful combination of traditional and modern, with lovely colour accents and original artwork in many of the rooms. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a large sitting room, dining room, kitchen and shower room. Upstairs are four large bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside, the large garden is a haven for children to play and explore, with lots of seating for the adults to watch and relax after a busy day exploring the historic town of Sandwich and further afield. The Georgian coastal town of Deal is close by, with its long beach and pier, and vibrant high street with cafes, restaurants and artisan and boutique shops. Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.

Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
