"The owners of this cottage have put so much effort in to create a homely, comfortable and well appointed holiday let. As an interiors enthusiast I really appreciated the designer touches - Matilda Goad cushions and throws, Alice Palmer light shades, Soho Home crockery - none of which you’d expect to find in your run of the mill holiday home. All the bed linen was White Company and the mattresses were super comfy. We stayed with my toddler and he was thrilled to find a basket of toys at his disposal and we appreciated the travel cot and mattress and high chair. I’d say this was the best cottage we have stayed in - ever! Couldn’t fault a thing. Thanks for a wonderful long wknd."

"Roque's cottage was very nice and comfortable place to stay, right in the centre of Deal. Dolphin street is a quite little street very near to sea and in rest if the old part of Deal. The cottage itself is very comfortable with big comfy sofas, fireplace, luxury kitchen. Also the bedrooms and bathroom are perfect. Furthermore the cottage was spotless clean. The complementary french Brandy and chocolates was well received. We will certainly come back!"

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.

Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
