Electric gated entrance for privacy and security. Ample driveway parking.

Step through the front door and into a wonderful open plan reception room with wooden flooring, attractive lighting and a choice of comfortable seating. The thoughtfully arranged sitting room is the ideal space to sit and relax after a day at the beach.

A well-equipped kitchen with fitted cupboards and everything you may need to prepare meals during your stay. There is a modern cooker with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer. There are two breakfast bar seats in the kitchen.
Doors lead directly from the sitting room to the patio and enclosed garden.
On the ground floor is a comfortable double bedroom with storage space. This bedroom has easy access to the ground floor bathroom.
Ground floor family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower unit.
A good size twin bedroom with two single beds with an en-suite bathroom.
The en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath, handbasin and WC.
Things to note
The owners are very happy for guests to have use of private beach hut, just a two minute walk from the cottage. The hut comes with beach furniture, picnic utensils and Kayak (shared use at visitors' own risk). On some occasions, the owners will require use of the beach hut and we will arrange this with you prior to your stay.
Towels and linen provided - beach towels also provided.
One small dog is welcome. Please note additional pet charges are £25 for dogs will be charged.
Please note that the stairs at this property are steep and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or very small children.
There is an enclosed garden to the rear with seating.
Central heating throughout.
There is a butcher, newsagents/postoffice/store and three much praised pubs within walking distance.
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please do not let dogs on any of the furniture or beds.
Please note check out is at 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours, quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted at this property.
