Children are most welcome, and there is a cupboard containing a travel cot, folding high chair and a child-proof gate which may be handy for separating little ones from the outdoor steps down to the garden. You are free to use them during your stay if you wish. Please bring your own cot linen.
DVD player is provided but this is not a DVD recorder.
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.

Golf is a very popular, with 3 Championship courses very nearby: Cinque Ports, Princes and Royal St Georges. Deal is a great base to explore the areas historic towns and monuments and is well connected.
The high speed train link to London St Pancras, is convenient for the International Eurostar terminal, plus the Eurostar terminals at Ashford International and Ebbsfleet International. The Eurotunnel is nearby close to Folkestone. From London the M2 motorway joins the A2 towards Dover, then take the exit for Deal. Deal is 20 minutes from the ferry port of Dover.
