"We had an absolutely brilliant weekend at the Admiral Penn - what a fantastic property! All the mod cons we needed, plenty of fridge and dishwasher space (which is so needed when there's a bunch of us!). The property was immaculately clean, and Jane the housekeeper was really accommodating and delightful."

Ellie Pitkin from London, Nov 2018

"We had a wonderful weekend at The Admiral Penn and everyone loved the accommodation and location - which was high praise as guests included several travel trade professionals working at the luxury end of the international market! The bathrooms were wonderful, very well planned, big, light and well equipped and great to have plenty of loos. The beds and linen were perfect. The appliances were also great with plenty of crockery and pans, all excellent quality. Jane, the housekeeper, was most friendly, helpful and welcoming and we have no hesitation in putting a recommendation on your website if you would like to use this testimonial.

And you have been great to deal with, too! Very quick to respond to any query and helpful."

Gwyneth Symmonds, Jul 2018

"I almost don’t want to write an honest review because this place is so special I want to keep it secret! The decor and furnishings are stunning, the kitchen and equipment first class (including a bean to cup coffee machine) and the cinema room is amazing. You’re right on the sea front so have fabulous views from the lounge and two of the bedrooms and you have some amazing restaurants literally next door. Such a characterful and well designed home where everything is done to a very high standard - It’s basically like a five star hotel in a private house. Each room has its own bathroom and unlike a lot of large rental properties there is no ‘dud’ room - they’re all beautifully designed and have brand new luxurious bathrooms in them. The korres products and white company bedding and towels add even more luxury. The owner has a property manager on hand to meet you and to deal with any questions you have which is such a bonus Jane is so so helpful and warm and really went the extra mile to make our stay extra special. For instance she arranged a local therapist to do aromatherapy massages at the house and left us beautiful wine and chocolates. We were a group of grandparents, babies, toddlers, children and young couples and all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous house"

Meghan, London, Feb 2018

"Fantastic accommodation, the quality of the house is exceptional. Each bedroom feels like a suite in a boutique hotel and the choice of chill areas means that it was always a pleasure to return from outings. The location is great too, with a fab little pub (the Bohemian) just a stumble away. I'd highly recommend this place for weekends away for a group of friends or colleagues."

Jon from London, Jan 2018

"Amazing Luxe, stylish house for grown ups. All rooms had great beds and bathrooms and we were pleasantly suprised that the bar actually had a wine fridge, ice machine, sink etc in it, we had many a cocktails and I want a bar at home now! The cinema room was great to relax in and we also had an amazing private chef, Jessica Leah Catering, come in that had been recommended for a surprise celebration. Great location with town, pier, supermarkets, pubs all minutes away. Positive feedback from all that stayed, would revisit."
