The apartment is wonderful all year round. It is light and bright and benefits from the gently summer breezes in the summer, and the wood burner and cosy throws are ideal to watch the rolling waves in the winter months.

Property Description

The owner has thought of everything a guest could wish for. Everything from a fully catered service to a pre-stocked fridge, or an anniversary or birthday cake. A delightful, delicious hamper can also be ordered for a day out. A daily maid service is also available on request. Located on the beach in the luxury Riviera part of Sandgate and a short walk to the heart of Sandgate Village with its artisan shops and cafés, gastropub, antique shops and the lovely promenade. In addition to the charming Sandgate Village, The Breakers Upper Apartment is ideally located to explore this area of the Kent coast. There is Folkestone with its trendy Harbour Arm and Creative Quarter, the historic docks and castle at Dover, or explore the pretty Military Canal at Hythe.

Please note: The Breakers Upper Apartment can also be booked with The Breakers Lower Apartment creating a fabulous holiday home for between 6 and 11 guests.

Ground floor – direct access to the beach via steps

First floor – two balconies with furniture off the open plan sitting room and the master bedroom, and stunning uninterrupted sea views

Parking – private parking for up to 3 cars

House Rules

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
A security deposit £500 is required at this property.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
