Steps lead up from the street to the building.
The front door leads into an open plan sitting room and kitchen, with a sofa and armchair, Smart TV, dining table and chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table and two chairs.
Bedroom - sleeps 2, Kingsize bed, bedside tables and lamps and a wardrobe.
Shower room with a walk in shower, wc and basin.
Back door leads to the garden.
There is a small, paved and private courtyard and lawned area with garden table and chairs and securely fenced. The garden has been screened off with a row of bamboo plants in pots.
Please kindly note that The Exchange is elevated above the road and is between the Village Fire Station and boarded site set for future housing development. No building is currently underway.
Ample, free on-street parking nearby.

Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours - quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
