Entrance


Please kindly note that there is a slope down to the front door and one step into the house. There is a hallway with space for coats and shoes.

Bedroom One

Sleeps 2 - Single bed with the option of a second pull out bed, which makes the single bed into a double bed. The pull out bed would only be suitable for children. Armchair, side table and lamp. There are drawers in the bed and and some hooks for hanging extra clothes.

Bedroom Two

Sleeps 2 - Double bed, side table and lamps, mirror & a large, built in wardrobe.

Bedroom Three

Sleeps 1 - Single bed, side table and lamp and book shelf. There are wall hooks for hanging space too.

Kitchen/Living and Dining area

A light and spacious, open plan kitchen, living and dining area with huge windows overlooking the garden and sea beyond. Guests can enjoy the spectacular sea views from this room.

Kitchen - brand new, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a wine/drinks fridge in the island.

Dining area - Kitchen table and fitted benches to seat 6 people comfortably.

Living area - comfortable sofa to seat 4-6 people comfortably, armchair and smart, wall mounted TV with freesat. For access to streaming services (eg. BBC iplayer, Netflix etc), please use your own accounts.

Garden

A good size, private garden with a terrace and lawn area. Garden furniture and BBQ available.

Utility

There is a utility area in the garage to the side of the house which guests will have access to. Washing machine available. Please note that this room will be locked (guests will have keys) but children must be supervised at all times as the garage has tools/paint etc.

Parking

There is parking for three cars on the driveway at the front of the house. There is an electric charge point which is easily accessible from the free, private, driveway to the front of the property. (Additional charges apply).

Central heating throughout.
Smart TV - Freesat. For access to streaming services (eg. BBC iplayer, Netflix etc), please use your own accounts.

House rules

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
