One The Slipway is a white weatherboard cottage, set over three floors with a stylish first floor sitting room with a balcony for enjoying morning coffee or early evening cocktails. It also benefits from private gated parking for one car. The open plan kitchen / dining room on the ground floor is a lovely sociable space to gather, and the three bedrooms are elegantly decorated offering light and comfortable sleeping accommodation. Two of the bedrooms have sea views. Whitstable is a vibrant and buzzing seaside town, full of history and charm with a working harbour and fish market. It has a thriving art scene with lots of galleries showing the work of local artists, a great live music scene in the local pubs and some great cafes and restaurants.

Things You Need to Know

In the first floor bedroom, as well as a king size bed, the 2 x blue chairs turn into 2 x single beds.
Please let us know in advance if you need to use these and the cleaners will make them up with sheets. Please do not use them as beds unless they have been made up by us.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
