Wellington Parade, as shown in the main photos, is the perfect seaside holiday home for families and friends (and dogs!) looking for something unique at anytime of the year. It is situated in one of the most idyllic locations in the area, overlooking the beach at Walmer towards Kingsdown with enviable sea views. As well as uninterrupted sweeping coastal views, the house boasts a large lawned garden at the back of the house. On a quiet private road leading to Kingsdown this house is really a magical place to spend a holiday.

On a clear day you can see France from all the front windows and the Saxon Shore way is straight out of the front door! This home would make a haven for walkers, dog lovers and cyclists with incredible Cliff top walks on your door step.

The front door opens to a lobby which leads through to a central hallway which has original wooden flooring.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room
This is a lovely, bright room, which again has wooden flooring and is double aspect, occupying the depth of the house. Glazed doors open out to the front and enjoy views of the sea with further tall windows overlooking the garden to the rear. Arranged around a central wooden island, the room provides a lovely living and entertaining space.

First floor
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all of which enjoy wonderful views over the beach and sea. The master bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe as well as an en suite shower room.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a well fitted family bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower cubicle. The bedroom accommodation is all beautifully light and airy, making the most of its seaside setting.
Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom and bedroom 3 has a single bed with a pull out bed underneath.

Utility Area
There is also a very useful utility area downstairs that can be accessed from the garden as well which is very handy for bikes or wet suits etc.

There is a fabulous large garden mainly laid to lawn with side access from the front of the house. There is also a lawned area infront of the house and there is ample parking for several cars.

Kingsdown is a charming, seaside village nestled between St Margaret’s at Cliff and Walmer with parts of the village bult along the shingle shoreline, some on the high cliffs and others slightly inland. With its characterful beach huts, it’s the perfect spot to watch the sun rise over the English Channel or to enjoy a late afternoon bbq on the beach.
