Beautifully styled throughout and perfectly positioned just a short stroll from Deal's vibrant town centre, Adelaide Villa is a charming three bedroom Victorian home that offers contemporary comfort and plenty of character. Thoughtfully designed with carefully curated interiors, original features and an abundance of natural light, it's a wonderful retreat for families, couples or friends looking to explore one of Kent's most loved seaside towns. Step inside and you'll find elegant, light-filled spaces where every detail has been considered. The open plan sitting and dining room is a relaxed space, perfect for gathering after days spent exploring the coast. Enjoy sitting down with a good book or enjoy a family film night, while the generous dining table is perfect for leisurely breakfasts, board games or long suppers using delicious local produce picked up from Deal's independent shops and markets. Beautiful artwork, warm lighting and carefully chosen pops of colour create a home that feels both stylish and wonderfully welcoming. To the rear of the house, the charming galley kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering stays, with views over the garden making it a lovely place to prepare meals. Upstairs, three beautifully presented bedrooms offer flexible accommodation for up to five guests. Adelaide Villa an ideal choice for families or couples looking for a little extra space. The family bathroom is thoughtfully finished, offering everything needed to refresh after days spent by the sea. Deal railway station and a Sainsbury's supermarket are both only a few minutes away on foot, making arrivals and stocking up for your stay wonderfully easy. Whether you're planning beach days, coastal walks or simply a relaxing break by the sea, Adelaide Villa offers a beautifully stylish base you'll be happy to return to at the end of each day.

Living Room
Enter into the open-plan living room with stairs ahead of you. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a footstool, two armchairs, side tables, lamps, rug and artwork. Cafe curtains add a sense of privacy, while keeping the room nice and light.
Dining Room
The dining room has a dining table and chairs to seat 6 comfortably. A large window looks out to the garden.
Kitchen
A well equipped galley kitchen with a microwave, oven, electric hob, butler sink, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Bedroom One (Double)
Sleeps 2, with double bed, side tables, wall lights. Large double glazed window with blackout blinds. Chest of drawers, table mirror, chair.
Bedroom Two (Twin)
Sleeps 2, with two single beds, side tables, lamps, wardrobe with drawers, hooks on back of door. Double glazed window with blackout blinds.
Bedroom Three (Single)
Sleeps 1, with single bed, side table and lamp, chest of drawers, hooks on door. Double glazed window with blackout blinds. Dedicated workspace area with desk.
Bathroom
Bath and overhead rainfall shower, separate shower hose attachment. Sink, mirror, heated towel rail and wall lights.
The patio is accessible by kitchen and has a dining table and chairs for 4. The lawn area below is accessed via a few steps and is enclosed.
One hour restricted parking outside of property to unload, and free parking can be found locally. Parking also available at Sainsburys via Just Park. People often prefer to prebook this way as it guarantees them a space.
- Bath towels and bed linen are provided, no beach towels.
- There is an enclosed garden to the rear with seating. Please note that there are steps down to the lawn.
- Wi-Fi access throughout, suitable for home working.
- Central heating throughout.

- Adelaide Villa is centrally located. 5 minutes walk from the train station and 3 minutes walk to the beach.
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may apply.
- Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the property at any time.
- Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
- Parties and loud music are not permitted.

Perfectly placed on a quiet residential street, Adelaide Villa is just a few minutes' walk from Deal train station, making it easy to leave the car behind and explore on foot. Wander down to the award winning High Street, which is just at the end of the road, where you'll find a mix of independent shops, artisan bakeries, galleries and welcoming cafés, before continuing to the seafront for a stroll along the iconic pier or a paddle in the sea. Food lovers are spoilt for choice, with everything from relaxed brunch spots to acclaimed restaurants nearby. Enjoy seasonal dishes at The Rose Hotel, Japanese inspired plates at The Blue Pelican, or freshly landed seafood overlooking the beach. For those keen to explore further afield, the historic streets of Sandwich, the White Cliffs of Dover and the picturesque villages of the Kent Downs are all within easy reach. Deal railway station is just a short walk away, offering direct services to London, while Sainsbury's is only a couple of minutes from the house for stocking up on holiday essentials. An Edwardian arts centre on Stanhope Road with a varied programme of music, theatre and film. A good one for an evening in Deal, whatever the weather, and full of local spirit.
Timeball Tower Museum
A Victorian signalling tower on the seafront, where the timeball still drops on the hour. Four floors of maritime history and smuggling tales, plus views from the top.
The Pop Up Cafe
Spread across a few knocked-together shopfronts on the High Street, The Pop Up Cafe serves homemade sourdough, cheese scones and seasonally changing soups – not to mention some of the best coffee in town!
The Pelican Rooms
A hidden gem tucked above The Blue Pelican on Beach Street, The Pelican Rooms offers facials, massage treatments and so much more in the wellness space. A good one to know for a slower morning in Deal.
Bygga Bo
A little taste of Sweden at Deal’s Saturday market. Bygga Bo bakes cinnamon buns and Fika treats that draw a queue before the stalls have properly opened. A Keepers favourite!
Deal Pier
Kent’s last surviving leisure pier, opened by the Duke of Edinburgh in 1957. Walk its length for sea views, cast a line, or stop at Deal Pier Kitchen at the far end. On a clear day you can see France.
Cycle to Kingsdown
Take the flat coastal path from Deal to Kingsdown, ideal for walking or cycling. Pass Walmer Castle & Gardens, explore Kingsdown’s beautiful beaches and seafront, including The Zetland Arms. Hire bikes locally from Hut 55.

Kent boasts championship links golf at Royal St George’s, host of The Open, alongside Prince’s Golf Club, Walmer & Kingsdown and Royal Cinque Ports, offering world-class coastal courses and sweeping sea views.
Deal Castle
Deal has not one but three Tudor castles built by Henry VIII, namely Deal, Walmer and Sandown. The first two you can visit whilst Sandown (of which only a few stones remain) is on the cycle path that follows the coast.
