With sea views from every room, Admiralty House is a wonderful seaside holiday home located in a formal Naval building dating back to the 1780’s. This elegant development of terraced town houses is set in manicured lawns and gardens with a private car park. There is a private patio at the front and garden furniture to use. Two allocated parking spaces in the private car park.The three-storey house has a fabulous, large open plan living space on the first floor with lovely elevated sea views, three bedrooms (two ensuite) and a family bathroom. The house is not suitable for infants (children under 2).The coastal promenade is just a stone's throw away which takes you into Deal, with its iconic pier, seafront restaurants and pubs and buzzing high street with boutique shops and artisan delis. Deal Castle is also just a short 5 minute stroll away.

- Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
- Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.

Walmer
Admiralty House sits on The Strand, perfectly placed between Deal and Walmer on Kent’s memorable Heritage Coast. Step outside and you’re moments from the seafront promenade, with the beach huts near Hut 55 close by and the English Channel as your constant companion. Morning walks are effortless here: stroll into Deal with a coffee in hand, or follow the shoreline the other way towards Walmer’s quieter sweep of shingle and sea air.
Deal's much-loved high street is within easy reach, known for its independent boutiques, antiques finds, artisan bakeries and excellent delis. The town’s iconic pier draws you down to the water, while seafront pubs and seafood spots make lingering over lunch temptingly easy. For a dose of history, Deal Castle is just a short walk away, and Walmer Castle and Gardens offers a brilliant half-day out along the coast.
Beyond town, explore the coastal paths towards Sandwich Bay, enjoy cycling on the flatter stretches of coastline, or head inland for vineyard visits and countryside pubs. Deal station provides straightforward rail links for day trips, making Admiralty House an elegant base for weekends and longer seaside stays in Kent.
