Six steps lead you up to the front door where you enter a sunny tiled hallway.
Cloakroom and separate shower room with hand basin. Both are fitted out to a very high standard with chrome fittings and pristine tiles.
The first luxurious master bedroom is on this floor and has one of the two king-size beds. The room is decorated in crisp white and deep royal blue with mirrored furniture, an original fireplace, white shutters and a beautiful crystal chandelier.
There is also a bedroom with a single bed on this floor decorated in white with wooden bunk beds which would suit children or young teens the room has a pleasant rear window view.
The entire basement floor has been turned into the ultimate social space. There is a cosy reception room at the front, with three sofas, two large bean bags, cosy rugs, subtle lighting and a TV and sound system.
The open plan space has a dining room with a large wooden dining table, which easily sits ten people. The kitchen leads off the dining room and is fully equipped with a twin Smeg oven, American style fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

The second master bedroom is located on the second floor and has another king-size bed. This grey fabric covered bed has an integral TV in the foot base which compliments the cool grey and white tones of this room.
There is a second single bedroom on this floor perfect for children or young teens, this room also has a pleasant garden view.
Two further flights of stairs lead you to the second floor which has another large bathroom with a WC, hand basin and shower cubicle. The dormer window gives you a birds-eye view of Deal's famous Time-Ball Tower!
There is a further cosy nautical themed twin room on this floor with separate wooden beds and some storage.
There are bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor, however, the kitchen and sitting room are located in the basement. The stairs are not too steep, and there is a handrail on one side.
The house is along Ranelagh Road, which is about a 2 minute walk to the beach.
You can park along Ranelagh Road for 2 hours, and there are spaces opposite the property. If this road is full, then you can park along Victoria Road (at the bottom of Ranelagh Road) which offers paid parking. If you're not needing your car then we would suggest parking along Marine Road (4 minute walk from the property), The Strand (3 to 4 minute walk) or Blenheim Road (5 to 6 minute walk). The seafront also offers paid or free parking options.
Yes, there is a Bosch coffee machine in the kitchen. Please note that pods are not provided. You can also grab a coffee from one of the many cafes in Deal. Our top recommendations would include, Hut 55 (3 minute walk, away from the Pier), The Pop Up Cafe (4 minute walk into town), Climpson and Sons (6 minute walk into town) or Hope & Lane (7 minute walk into town).
