Welcome to The Beach Hut, a beautifully designed loft-style beach house in the peaceful seaside village of Seasalter, near Whitstable. Positioned directly on the shoreline, the property enjoys one of Kent's most enviable waterfront locations. Wake up to uninterrupted sea views, fall asleep to the sound of the waves, and spend your days on the beach, which is quite literally on your doorstep. At high tide, the waves gently roll in just metres from the spacious deck, while at low tide the beach stretches out before you, inviting long walks, paddleboarding, sea swims, or simply sitting back and watching the ever changing coastline. Whitstable's bustling harbour, independent shops and renowned seafood restaurants are just a scenic 30 minute walk along the seafront. The village itself also offers a popular gastropub and local convenience store, while historic Canterbury is just a short drive away for a day of culture, shopping and sightseeing. Inside, the owners have created a stylish, light-filled space with a contemporary coastal feel. The open plan living area has been thoughtfully designed to make the very most of the spectacular sea views. The small but well-equipped conservatory kitchen provides everything needed for self catering stays, including a Range style cooker, microwave, washing machine, under counter fridge with ice compartment and a compact dishwasher. A dining table sits perfectly positioned for leisurely meals together, while watching the sunset. The sleeping accommodation has a clever loft style layout. The main living area features a comfortable double bed, while the mezzanine level offers a sofa bed, making the property ideal for up to three guests. The contemporary bathroom has both a separate shower and a bath. Stepping outside is where The Beach Hut truly comes into its own. The generous deck sits directly on the beachfront, creating an incredible place to enjoy your morning coffee, dine alfresco or simply watch the tides flow throughout the day. To the side of the property, a charming marine inspired garden offers another peaceful spot to relax, while private off road parking for two cars makes exploring the wider Kent coastline wonderfully easy. - We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful home.
- Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
- Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
- Parties and loud music are not permitted.
