The large and spacious, sitting room is the perfect place to gather after a day by the coast, with comfortable seating, carefully chosen artwork and doors opening onto a sunny south-facing roof terrace, which the ideal spot for morning coffee, lazy afternoons in the sunshine or a glass of wine as the sun sets over the rooftops. The owners have created a home that feels both elegant and welcoming, thoughtfully furnished with an eclectic mix of art, interesting finds and calming interiors that perfectly complement the coastal setting. The spacious kitchen is well equipped for relaxed holiday cooking and dining, while upstairs, both bedrooms feel peaceful and inviting, including a beautiful principal bedroom where you can wake to uninterrupted sea views from the comfort of the bed. Just a short stroll along the seafront brings you into the heart of Deal, known for its independent boutiques, excellent restaurants, lively cafés and historic charm. The apartment is located on the third and fourth floors of 'The Marina.' Please note as access to the apartment is reached via two flights of stairs, this property would not be suited to those with mobility issues.?

Large and modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. Fridge freezer, large gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Enjoy the beautiful views towards Betteshanger Park and the fantastic sunsets from this room.

Sitting room

Large, open plan room with large corner sofa, armchair, 50" TV and six seater dining table. This room overlooks the sea and has a door onto the south facing roof terrance with a table, chairs and loungers. The owners have created a wonderful feeling of relaxation with a choice of cosy seating areas, whether you wish to sit and read a book, watch TV or simply enjoy the breath-taking views!

A quietly located and beautifully decorated, second bedroom has a second king size bed and fitted wardrobes.

There is one allocated space at the back of the house (along Albion Road) in the residents car park. If you require additional parking, both the sea front and residential road behind the house offers free parking 24/7.

Please note as access to the apartment is reached via two flights of stairs, this property would not be suited to those with mobility issues, as it sits on the third and fourth floor. There is no lift to this apartment. The bedrooms are located upstairs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, there is one allocated parking space at Albion House which is located at the back of the house, along Albion Road, in the residents car park. If you needed parking for more than one car, the seafront offers free parking from Albion Road onwards (away from the pier) and Sandown Road also offers free parking 24/7.

Yes, there is a nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen. This machine takes the smaller sized pods. Please note that we do not provide any pods so you will need to bring these yourself. You can also buy some from Deal High Street or at Sainsbury's (which is about a 15 minute walk from the property).

The property sits on the third and fourth floors of the building. There are about three or four steps up to the main property entrance and then two flights of stairs up to the property. Each flight has about 7-10 steps total.

We recently enjoyed a sunny mid-week break at this wonderful, 3rd and 4th floor Georgian apartment. The panoramic views are stunning. This is at the North end of Deal, and so a beautiful 15/20 min. flat walk along seafront to the Pier and nearby shops and station. The apartment is large, bright and catches the sun all day and the terrace is pretty with bench and chairs and table - a huge asset. The 2 double bedrooms are both large and stunning. Good blackout curtains in bedrooms, but blinds are needed on the two living room windows. Especially to keep heat in winter and cooler in sunnier weather, especially now we're getting the hotter summer weather.Being older, I appreciated being forewarned about all the stairs. I regularly climb stairs, so knew the 2 flights of communal stairs were not an issue and there is bannister. However, once inside the stairs from the kitchen/lounge to bedrooms are very steep, especially if any mobility issues.Overall, a great stay. Thank you.

Possibly the best sea view location in Deal. From the Bay Windows and from the terrace you get an almost 360deg panorama of the sea and the town. The apartment is comfortable and cosy, with two large double beds, an en-suite and a large bathroom. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped with everything you need to produce first class meals (if you can avoid the temptation of some terrific local restaurants). If the weather turns bad there are two bookcases full of a wide range of reading material. They advise that the apartment is not suitable for those with reduced mobility, so please pay attention to that. There are a lot of stairs up to the floor and a few more once you are through the door. Deal is beautiful town and ideally located as a touring centre for eastern Kent and Flat 4 the ideal base in Deal.

Beautiful and tasteful apartment with a lovely sea view. Beautiful antique items and paintings. Everything matches. It is also ideal that you have your own parking. The internet did not always work as it should. The 3-seater sofa in the living room needs replacing, I think. It is a pity because it fits nicely into the interior, but it is absolutely worn out. A great location for exploring the Kent coast with easy, pleasant walks in either direction direct from the apartment. Nicely outside the centre of Deal but with easy walking access to the various nice restaurants, cafes and Astor Theatre. Easy access to several EV charging spots in town too.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Very spacious and well equipped. Real Christmas tree plus welcome goodies (mince pies and shortbread and granola) were a nice festive touch. Easy walk to the thriving town centre with lots of individual shops and restaurants. Enjoyed walks to Sandwich and Betteshanger Country Park.Agree with others, the many stairs could prove difficult for some, especially when carrying luggage. We would stay again.

We had a lovely short stay at Albion House. It is lovely, well equipped apartment with a stunning views. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the terrace, taking in the view of the sea and the town.

My wife and I have just returned from a short break at this property and did not really expect the reality to match the idyll shown online. I was wrong, it was a stunning apartment. It was exceptionally clean, very well appopinted andwas in a wonderful location on the seafront. I deducted 1 mark from 'condition' because one of the chairs is worn through on the arms but even that felt mean as it didn't really detract from the stay. I highly recommend this property EXCEPT for those that may have mobility issues, there are quite a few stairs to go up before entering the apartment (and then a few more once you're in). Well worth the effort though!

We had a fantastic week's holiday in this wonderful apartment with stunning views. The apartment was beautifully equipped and we had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean, quiet and extremely comfortable. If we ever want to return to Deal we will certainly look to see if this apartment is available again.Please note, as others have said. If you have trouble with stairs this is not the place for you as you have to climb 2 long flights of stairs to reach the front door.

You couldn't ask for a better view of the sea! We found this place lovely. It was definitely home from home. Everything was there that you needed. We have never stayed in a place where the kitchen had more equipment than my own home - I really didn't need to take my own sharp knives or scissors!! The property is very spacious and well suited for 4 adults (2 couples). It was lovely to be able to hear the sea at all times and sitting on the balcony for that first coffee in the and morning watching the sun rise, you just can't beat it. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. You are not far from the shops, pubs or restaurants. We will definitely book this place again when we are next down.

This property is very well located and equipped. It does feel a bit like youre in someone elses home which might not suit everyone. The views are wonderful and property was very clean and comfortable. The morning of check out wasnt as leisurely as we would have liked as you have to strip the beds, empty bins and leave by 10am.
