The bedroom is on the second floor, and the property has steep stairs (as typical of a conversation area property). The property is therefore not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Yes, the property is dog friendly, and allows up to two dogs to stay. There is a little courtyard, and the property is less than a minutes walk to the beach.
There is no private parking at Coop's Landing, but you can park along the seafront (paid and free options). You can park in Alfred Square (less than a 20 second walk from the property) for 2 hours, or along Sandown Road or College Road, which offer free residential parking 2/7.
Yes, there is a Nespresso coffee machine. Please note that you will need to bring the pods with you as these are not provided (this machine takes the smaller pods).
The cottage is perfect for working if you have a deadline to meet or just want a quiet space for creativity. The broadband is reliable and the beach is seconds away for regular walk breaks.
Coop’s Landing is ideally positioned in Deal, offering easy access to the town’s relaxed coastal atmosphere and much-loved independent scene. The seafront and pebble beach are close by, making it easy to enjoy early morning walks along the promenade or evening strolls beside the English Channel. Deal’s compact size and elegant Georgian streets make it a pleasure to explore on foot, with the rhythm of seaside life never far away.
The award-winning high street is a real highlight, filled with independent boutiques, antiques shops, artisan bakeries and excellent delis. Seafront pubs and seafood restaurants sit alongside cosy cafés and wine bars, offering plenty of choice throughout the day. Deal Pier provides classic views out to sea, while Deal Castle and nearby Walmer Castle reflect the town’s long naval and defensive history and are both well worth a visit.
For those keen to explore further, scenic coastal walking and cycling routes head north towards Sandwich Bay or south to Kingsdown, both offering wide skies and open sea views. Deal railway station provides direct services to London, making Coop’s Landing an excellent base for short breaks and longer stays on the Kent coast.
