Situated majestically on the seafront overlooking Kingsdown beach, this fabulous holiday home is the perfect setting for family holidays, coastal adventures with friends or romantic getaways for couples. Step through the gate into the enclosed walled garden, an idyllic haven where children can play safely and adults can unwind with a book, a glass of wine, or simply the sound of waves rolling against the shore. Inside, the house is welcoming and bright, arranged for easy holiday living. The cosy sitting room, complete with an open fire, is made for snug nights in. Just beyond, the dining room connects seamlessly to the well-equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms, with a Superking size bed and roll top bath, and doors out to the garden. Upstairs, the magic of the location becomes even more apparent. Two generous bedrooms, both en-suite, open onto a balcony that looks across Kingsdown's pretty beach huts and ever changing sea. With three bathrooms, plenty of space and thoughtful touches throughout, the house caters beautifully to families, offering toys, games and the beach just steps away. Yet it also lends itself wonderfully to adults seeking a quiet coastal escape. Even four-legged friends are warmly welcomed, they’ll love exploring the shoreline as much as you will.Whether you’re dreaming of long beach days, cliff-top walks, cosy fireside evenings, this Kingsdown home offers everything you need for an unforgettable escape.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or outside the property at any time. Please no charging of vapes or e-scooters.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.

Kingsdown
Trafalgar enjoys a wonderful setting at the bottom of North Road in Kingsdown, just moments from the beach and the village’s relaxed coastal charm. This peaceful corner of the Kent coast is perfect for guests wanting sea air, scenic walks and an easy-going village atmosphere, all within reach of Deal and the surrounding coastline. The Zetland Arms is close by, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely lunch or drink by the sea, and the coastal walk from Kingsdown to Deal is one of the loveliest in the area. Following the shoreline, you can wander into town at your own pace, passing wide sea views and historic landmarks along the way. Kingsdown itself has a quiet, tucked-away feel, while still offering easy access to Deal’s independent shops, cafés and seafront. With the beach on the doorstep and beautiful walks in every direction, Trafalgar is a lovely base for a relaxed stay on this unspoilt stretch of coast.
