iDeal Apartment is a bright and spacious hideaway set just moments from the heart of Deal, offering an easy and relaxed base for time by the coast. Thoughtfully designed and finished with a contemporary feel, the apartment is a welcoming and comfortable space to return to after days spent exploring the town and seafront.The top floor apartment opens into a hallway leading through to an open plan living space, where a brand new kitchen sits neatly alongside the dining and sitting areas. Well equipped and practical, the kitchen includes everything needed for cooking at home, with a breakfast bar and stools for informal meals and a dining table seating four. The living area is comfortable and well considered, with a sofa and smart TV, creating an inviting place to unwind. The king size bedroom is peaceful and uncluttered, with built-in wardrobe space and bedside tables, while the bathroom features a bath with a rainfall shower overhead.From the front door, Deal’s independent shops, cafés and pubs are around five minutes away on foot, with the seafront and pebble beach just beyond. Coastal walks, historic streets and relaxed days by the sea are all close at hand. iDeal Apartment is particularly well suited to couples or solo travellers looking for a stylish base with everything within easy reach.

For insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.

iDeal Apartment is tucked away in Potters Grove, a peaceful spot in Deal that still keeps you close to everything this much-loved seaside town has to offer. From here, you can easily reach the beach, pier and town centre, while enjoying a quieter setting to return to after a day of exploring. Deal’s characterful High Street is nearby, filled with independent shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs, while the seafront is perfect for morning walks, sea swims or an easy stroll along the promenade. The town’s Saturday market, historic architecture and relaxed coastal atmosphere all add to its appeal, making it a wonderful place to spend time at any pace. With convenient access to the station, local amenities and the wider coastline, iDeal Apartment is a great base for discovering Deal and the surrounding area. Whether you are planning beach days, long lunches or trips along the Kent coast, this is a lovely location to settle into.

A show at the Astor Theatre
An Edwardian arts centre on Stanhope Road with a varied programme of music, theatre and film. A good one for an evening in Deal, whatever the weather, and full of local spirit.
Timeball Tower Museum
A Victorian signalling tower on the seafront, where the timeball still drops on the hour. Four floors of maritime history and smuggling tales, plus views from the top.
The Pop Up Cafe
Spread across a few knocked-together shopfronts on the High Street, The Pop Up Cafe serves homemade sourdough, cheese scones and seasonally changing soups – not to mention some of the best coffee in town!
The Pelican Rooms
A hidden gem tucked above The Blue Pelican on Beach Street, The Pelican Rooms offers facials, massage treatments and so much more in the wellness space. A good one to know for a slower morning in Deal.
Bygga Bo
A little taste of Sweden at Deal’s Saturday market. Bygga Bo bakes cinnamon buns and Fika treats that draw a queue before the stalls have properly opened. A Keepers favourite!
Deal Pier
Kent’s last surviving leisure pier, opened by the Duke of Edinburgh in 1957. Walk its length for sea views, cast a line, or stop at Deal Pier Kitchen at the far end. On a clear day you can see France.
Cycle to Kingsdown
Take the flat coastal path from Deal to Kingsdown, ideal for walking or cycling. Pass Walmer Castle & Gardens, explore Kingsdown’s beautiful beaches and seafront, including The Zetland Arms. Hire bikes locally from Hut 55.

Deal Castle
Deal has not one but three Tudor castles built by Henry VIII, namely Deal, Walmer and Sandown. The first two you can visit whilst Sandown (of which only a few stones remain) is on the cycle path that follows the coast.
