If you don’t want to manage the property yourself then why not choose our fully managed service, which takes care of it all, from the initial set up to guest communications and bookings to the on-going housekeeping and property maintenance. We offer flexible options to suit your specific needs.

Yes, we do offer a full service. We have a wonderful team of trusted cleaners and suppliers, so you can fully relax knowing that your home is in good hands. As part of the managed service, we provide all the bed linen and towels, so you don’t have to buy this.
No, we don’t restrict owner stays at all. We know that this is your second home, and you should be able to use it whenever you like.
Initially, we will arrange a convenient time to come and meet you at the house. We will send you an income projection and make any recommendations. Once you are happy to move forward, we will arrange for a professional photographer to visit and then from this point, it usually takes 5-6 days to get the property live for bookings.
We will position your home on our dedicated website, which we’re proud to say drives 70% of our bookings direct. You’ll also be featured on our social media channels and in our email newsletters. We also list your home on all the major international booking platforms for maximum marketing exposure (if you would like). We can tailor this to your needs and discuss this individually.
