The large ground floor has a sitting room, family room and snug so lots of options for socialising and for quiet time. The dining room seats 12 guests and opens out onto the raised patio which is the perfect dining alternative on sunny days.
The more energetic in the group can enjoy a game of tennis, and younger guests can burn off some energy on the trampoline or roam in the lovely 3 acres of landscaped gardens.
The village of Great Mongeham which has two pubs and a local store, and is a short 8 minute drive to the seafront and the Georgian town centre of Deal.

"House was lovely and perfect for what our family of 11 wanted for a week away!
The house is lovely and worked really well for a large family holiday. The garden is lovely and kids had some fun running around, playing tennis and bouncing on the trampoline. It was well equipped with plenty of tableware for us all. The quality of the bedding & comfort of the beds along with the hot water taps were a great bonus. All the recommendations were also spot on and very helpful!"

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
