Coop’s Landing is a really charming cottage in the heart of the conservation area of the pretty Georgian town of Deal. It is superbly located in a quiet street just yards from both the buzzing high street with its delis, boutique shops and cafes, and also a few yards from the main promenade, the pier and long pebble beach. On entering the cottage, there is a reception room with comfortable armchairs, a dining table and chairs and a lovely gas wood-effect burner for cosy winter evenings. The cheery kitchen has a great breakfast bar overlooking the little courtyard garden, which is a suntrap for morning coffee or an evening aperitif. Upstairs is a well-designed bathroom and the sitting room, with large velvet sofa, a Smart TV and desk and chair. The bedroom is on the second floor. This charming cottage is perfect for couples wanting to get away for a romantic break, and it's pet friendly too.

"We liked our stay here, Im a local but live away at the moment so was a good base for us. My only thoughts are, if your a tall person like me, then you might struggle with height of the door ways. But most houses in Deal are like this anyhow. The attention to the detail was great - well thought out. Would I stay again, Yes I would."

"Beautiful cottage, cosily furnished, as if it had been painted correctly. Nothing was worn out. There were quality appliances (Nespresso coffee app, Miele vacuum cleaner, solid dishwasher, etc...) There were attentions: bottle of wine, chocolate, coffee capsules, bottle of milk...

"We had a nice stay at Coop's Landing. The location was excellent, a minutes walk from the beach and only 10 minutes into the centre of Deal.
The place had good character, however be aware of the lower doorways!
Communication was good and clear and appreciate the nice touch of a few welcome goodies."

Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
