The harbour and beach are a 10-minute walk away, passing by the Creative Quarter for a spot of shopping. The Creative Quarter is a short walk from the harbour and offers many art galleries, boutique shops and craft stores. Folkestone is a thriving coastal town, with a long maritime history. The harbour arm has been transformed into a tourist hotspot with cafes, a champagne bar and other great food outlets. The harbour itself is home to seafood stalls and an excellent seafood restaurant with sea views. And of course, there is the long golden sandy beach and rock pools to enjoy to the east side of the harbour and shingle beaches located to the west. With the mainline station only a 10-minute walk away why not leave the car at home and have a truly relaxing stay.

Things You Need to Know

With Folkestone Terrace being a period property, it has certain quirks such as steep and narrow staircases - please take extra care when going up or down the stairs.
Towels and linen are provided. Please note we do not provide beach towels - please bring your own.
This property has no garden or outside space.
Additional pet charges are £25 per pet per stay.
Parking - one-hour restricted parking outside for unloading.

Central heating throughout.
Logs for the wood burner must be requested prior to arrival with Keepers Cottages. The logs are chargeable at £15 per bag.
Please note this property is not suitable for children under 2 years old.

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.

Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
