This delightful, characterful holiday home is located in the charming conservation area of Deal, just moments from the beach, promenade and award winning High Street. Sleeping six guests (four adults and two children) across three beautifully presented bedrooms, this charming home is ideal for family holidays, weekends with friends or couples looking for extra space. Set over four floors, Noggin has been thoughtfully furnished to feel both stylish and welcoming. At the front of the house is a cosy sitting room with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and log burner, perfect for evenings in front of a movie. Just along from here is a useful utility room with everything you may need, including picnic baskets for beach days, and ground floor bathroom. The spacious lower ground floor kitchen and dining room is made easy for holiday living. Gather around the table for slow breakfasts before heading out to explore the town. The bedrooms are spread across the upper floors, creating peaceful spaces to retreat to at the end of the day. The first floor principal bedroom features a king size bed and its own en-suite shower room, while the second floor offers a further king size bedroom alongside a children's bunk room, making Noggin particularly well suited to families. Step outside and you're only a minute or two from everything that makes Deal so special. Wander along the beach with the dog, spend afternoons exploring the town's independent boutiques and galleries or enjoy fresh seafood overlooking the sea. Whether you're planning beach walks, cosy winter weekends beside the fire or memorable family holidays by the sea, Noggin is a wonderfully characterful home you'll want to return to time and again. A word worth knowing: like many of Deal's Georgian townhouses, the stairs here are curved, narrow and steep, part of the house's considerable charm, but worth bearing in mind if stairs are a concern.

Deal
Noggin is set in the heart of Deal, a much-loved seaside town on Kent’s Heritage Coast, known for its relaxed pace, elegant Georgian streets and welcoming atmosphere. The seafront and pebble beach are close by, making it easy to enjoy morning walks along the promenade or quieter moments watching the light shift across the English Channel. Deal’s compact layout means everything is comfortably accessible on foot, from shoreline to cafés and shops.
The town’s award-winning high street is a real highlight, offering a lively mix of independent boutiques, antiques shops, artisan bakeries and well-stocked delis. Seafront pubs and seafood restaurants provide relaxed dining throughout the day, while cosy cafés and wine bars are tucked into the streets behind. Deal Pier remains a focal point for classic seaside views, and nearby Deal Castle and Walmer Castle offer fascinating insight into the town’s rich naval and maritime history.
For exploring further afield, scenic coastal walking and cycling routes lead north towards Sandwich Bay or south to Kingsdown, both offering wide skies and open sea views. Deal railway station provides direct services to London, making Noggin an excellent base for short breaks and longer stays on the Kent coast.

An Edwardian arts centre on Stanhope Road with a varied programme of music, theatre and film. A good one for an evening in Deal, whatever the weather, and full of local spirit.
Timeball Tower Museum
A Victorian signalling tower on the seafront, where the timeball still drops on the hour. Four floors of maritime history and smuggling tales, plus views from the top.
The Pop Up Cafe
Spread across a few knocked-together shopfronts on the High Street, The Pop Up Cafe serves homemade sourdough, cheese scones and seasonally changing soups – not to mention some of the best coffee in town!
The Pelican Rooms
A hidden gem tucked above The Blue Pelican on Beach Street, The Pelican Rooms offers facials, massage treatments and so much more in the wellness space. A good one to know for a slower morning in Deal.
Bygga Bo
A little taste of Sweden at Deal’s Saturday market. Bygga Bo bakes cinnamon buns and Fika treats that draw a queue before the stalls have properly opened. A Keepers favourite!
Deal Pier
Kent’s last surviving leisure pier, opened by the Duke of Edinburgh in 1957. Walk its length for sea views, cast a line, or stop at Deal Pier Kitchen at the far end. On a clear day you can see France.
Cycle to Kingsdown
Take the flat coastal path from Deal to Kingsdown, ideal for walking or cycling. Pass Walmer Castle & Gardens, explore Kingsdown’s beautiful beaches and seafront, including The Zetland Arms. Hire bikes locally from Hut 55.

Kent boasts championship links golf at Royal St George’s, host of The Open, alongside Prince’s Golf Club, Walmer & Kingsdown and Royal Cinque Ports, offering world-class coastal courses and sweeping sea views.
Deal Castle
Deal has not one but three Tudor castles built by Henry VIII, namely Deal, Walmer and Sandown. The first two you can visit whilst Sandown (of which only a few stones remain) is on the cycle path that follows the coast.
