Many period features have been retained along with high ceilings, stunning picture windows, decorative fireplaces and wooden floors. The interior is a wonderful combination of traditional and modern, with lovely colour accents and original artwork in many of the rooms. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a large sitting room, dining room, kitchen and shower room. Upstairs are four large bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside, the large garden is a haven for children to play and explore, with lots of seating for the adults to watch and relax after a busy day exploring the historic town of Sandwich and further afield. The Georgian coastal town of Deal is close by, with its long beach and pier, and vibrant high street with cafes, restaurants and artisan and boutique shops. "Lovely cottage in a quiet area. Just a few minutes from Sandwich village this cottage is nice and welcoming. Surrounded by a courtyard and a large garden and fields around. The road is narrow but it's not a problem, not so many cars passing by. Keepers Cottages team is easy to contact if you need help. We had a nice time in the area and the cottage is perfect for a holiday. We recommend it!"

"Staying with Keepers Cottage at the farmhouse was a wonderful Bank holiday weekend away with friends. The space was comfy and warm, yet not cluttered. The summer house, meadow, and area with the picnic table were free for our toddlers and 4 year olds to explore the grounds each day. We liked how close the location was to the quay and restaurants but that it felt set apart and more private. The kitchen is well equipped with everything from dishes, roasting pans, large and small pots, silverware, and even OJ juicer, microwave, and baking scale. We loved that there were two bathrooms, comfy couches, and the bedrooms were a great size for all four of them."

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
