Ravenscourt is a beautiful holiday home full of charm and character, perfectly combining traditional and contemporary features. The owners have chosen high quality brands to create a comfortable and stylish environment. Companies such as Otto, Perrin & Rowe, Maitland & Poate and Fermoie all make an appearance. Feature wallpaper is used throughout, and there are some fabulous pieces of artwork including one commissioned from a local Whitstable artist. On the ground floor, the large sitting room has a wood burner for cosy winter evenings. The open plan kitchen /dining room is ideal for socialising with family and friends and opens out onto the garden which offers a large, enclosed space to enjoy the warmer weather. Upstairs on the first floor are three bedrooms and family bathroom, and on the second floor is the principal bedroom with ensuite shower room, and lovely far reaching views over the golf course. Ravenscourt is perfectly located between the seafront and the main shopping streets which have an abundance of friendly and lively cafes, restaurants, pubs, and independent boutique shops. Whitstable also has a thriving arts scene, and live music is a popular feature in many of the pubs. It also has the iconic fishing harbour, where you can watch the fishing boats come and go or book a trip out to the legendary Maunsell sea forts on the historic Greta, or maybe go seal watching in a vintage lifeboat. Oh and don’t forget to try some oysters which made Whitstable famous.

"Ravenscourt is a beautiful home in a central location in charming Whitstable. We appreciated the high end decor, comfortable beds, great showers & well equipped kitchen. As we had good weather, the garden with its lovely garden furniture was also very useful."

Lesley, Jun 2024

"Thanks for a special stay! The kids had so much fun (and so did the grown ups). Lovely renovation."

Sam, Jessie, Amir, Sian, Mila & Mara, Apr 2024

"We had a lovely few days here pre-Easter. The house is homely and relaxing. Whitstable itself always delivers. Feeling refreshed and relaxed. Thank you!"

Tara, Vicky & Herbie, Mar 2024

"Claire, Nick & family enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of Whitstable and the comforts of the house. A very rejuvenating experience. We loved the house and the attention to detail. We are now inspired to go home and refresh our own abode. We did not find time to read the array of art books. Maybe next time! Overall a fun week with lots to do in a relaxed setting."

Claire, Nick & family, Mar 2024

"Thank you so much for a really lovely stay! We loved how cosy and welcoming your house is with so many places to curl up and our 2-year-old Ruby, loved running between the two entrances to the kitchen! We would love to return again and again! Warmly, The Sonejis"
