Pretty manicured gardens stretch the length of this long promenade with many pedestrian access points leading down to the seafront. A pleasant walk brings you to the Creative Quarter with many art galleries, boutique shops and craft stores, and the popular Harbour Arm. The apartment is on the second floor of a stylish Grade II listed mansion block and is large and spacious with open plan living space, a well equipped kitchen which also has the same sea views, two comfortable bedrooms and shower room. The building also has a lift. Folkestone is a thriving coastal town, with a long maritime history. The harbour arm has been transformed into a tourist hotspot with cafes, a champagne bar and other great food outlets. The harbour itself is home to seafood stalls and an excellent seafood restaurant with sea views. And of course, there is the long golden sandy beach and rock pools to enjoy to the east side of the harbour and shingle beaches located to the west. With the mainline station only a 10-minute walk away why not leave the car at home and have a truly relaxing stay.

"Sea view apartment is absolutely fantastic! Located in a well maintained crescent over looking the sea on the leas, the perfect place for exploring Folkestone. As you walk in to this spacious apartment you are struck by the panoramic views of the sea. The apartment is spotless and bright and has everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. We ate our breakfast sitting by the large sash windows looking at the sea and then heading off into Folkestone. We walked down the pretty zig zag path on one day and ate the best breakfast at the lift cafe. We had the most delicious food one evening at ana Purna - a delightful family run Nepalese restaurant which has recently been featured on the BBC. We were there for a magical music weekend for the Sacconi Festival - absolutely wonderful weekend and thank you to Keepers cottages for being quite possibly the most helpful and engaging holiday letting company"

"This property is probably one the best I've stayed in. The apartment was spacious, clean and bright. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds were so comfortable! The view from the kitchen and living room is stunning! We sat most evenings, with a glass of wine in hand, admiring the view. Definitely better then watching the tv! Free parking was available outside the grand which only a 8 minute walk away. The area was very quiet with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We took advantage of the entertainment at the leas cliff all which is a only 6 mins walk along the leas. The walk into to town is only about 10 mins and 15 mins walk to the harbour arm. We were fortunate to be able stay here for just over 4 weeks and wish we could stay longer- so sad to leave. Can't wait to return in near future."
