There is a patio for dining, sun loungers, a swing seat, even hammocks to while away the summer afternoons reading your favourite book. And the children can happily play on the swings and in the playhouse. There are even bicycles and toys in the shed. Your four-legged friend is also welcome to join you and will love exploring the large garden. Upstairs there are five bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms and a further large luxurious family bathroom. If you can drag yourself away from this gorgeous property, you will discover a wealth of things to do. Ideally located in a pretty English village, the house is surrounded by country walks and cycle routes, and is a short 15 minutes’ drive to the historic Cinque Ports town of Sandwich, 20 minutes’ drive to the coast at Deal and 20 minutes’ drive to the medieval City of Canterbury. Two great family days out are the Wingham Wildlife Park and Howlett's Zoo 10 to 15 minutes drive away.

"My party of 6 literally had the best stay. There was the perfect amount of space so that we could all have our own space as well at times, but enjoy time in the lounge too. We brought one of the sofas from another space and placed in front of the window, just so that we could all spread out a bit more, which worked well for us.
The cleanliness of the house as good and had everything included that we wanted in the property.
It was a lovely touch having the bar there and the sparkling in the wine fridge, although we had brought our own so didn’t use. I hope this is something that would continue to be at the house but not taken advantage of by people renting it out.
We were left a lovely card, chocolates and bottle of white wine which was really thoughtful too. We have had that in other houses and just makes you feel welcome from the get go.
Wifi was good as we managed to say Happy Christmas to our friend in Australia and was probably the best place we have rented out over the Christmas period by far.
We went on local walks (please bring walking boots or wellies) to enjoy the countryside and got chatting to some locals.
Beautiful walk around the garden and can imagine how much fun this could be in the summer.
We really have had a fantastic Christmas staying here and thank the team for looking after us."
