Indoor Swimming Pool

Spectacular full length heated indoor swimming pool under a vaulted ceiling with skylights. Bifold doors open onto the garden, with a poolside seating and dining area, which can easily be moved outside in the summer months. Available and heated year round.

There is an adjoining bathroom from the pool area with a shower, WC and basin.

Ground Floor Bedroom

Sleeps 2 - with Super king bed (or two singles on request), bedside tables, lamps, electric fireplace, wall mirror, double wardrobe with drawers, blackout curtains.

Study/Sun Room

Study with desk, office chair, armchair and small sofa.

Bedroom Two (En-suite)

King size bed, side tables, lamps, wall mounted Smart TV, electric fire, large walk in wardrobe and centre storage unit, large balcony over garden and glimpse of sea view. Blackout curtains. En-suite bathroom with large bath, basin, WC and storage cupboards.

Bedroom Three

Super-king size bed (zip and link, can be configured as two singles on request), two wardrobes, chest of drawers, wall mirror, make up table and mirror, blackout curtains. This room has a garden view.

Shower Room

With large walk in shower, with bench seat, vanity unit and mirror, heated towel rail, WC.

Storage cupboard

Additional storage cupboard on the landing with travel cot.

Bedroom Four

Double bed, side tables, lamps, chair, wardrobe and desks. Countryside and garden views.

Bathroom

Bathroom with a bath, with handheld shower hose only, basin and heated towel rail.

Separate WC

There is a separate WC on the landing.

Bedroom Five

Double bed, side tables, lamps, chest of drawers with mirror, chairs, wardrobe and storage. Sea view.

Wraparound garden with lawn, and patio and mature plants.

Ample private parking available at the property.

• Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
• Sleeps 10 across five bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are zip and link and can be configured as two singles on request, please let us know at the time of booking.
• Bed linen, bath towels provided. Please bring pool towels if you wish to use the pool.
• Heated indoor swimming pool included and available year round.
• Please note that children must be supervised in and around the pool at all times.
• Wi-Fi throughout the property.
• A starter pack of sundries is provided to get you started for your self catering holiday.

• We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be apply, as per your booking terms and conditions.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the property at any time.
• Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
• For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
• Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.
• Parties and loud music are not permitted at any time.
• Children must be supervised in and around the pool at all times, and used at your own risk.
• Any damages may be charged from your security deposit.
