"Just wanted to thank you again for the fantastic weekend we had at your lovely house. I’m not sure how many hours we spent just watching the weather over the sea with a roaring fire in the grate keeping us warm in the lounge. And the atmosphere of comfort and luxury just kept coming when we moved into the kitchen. I’m sure Deal has some lovely restaurants but we never found out because it was too comfortable to cook, eat, relax, repeat! The views of the beach and the sea are spectacular in winter. Can’t wait to see what they look like in summer!"
"The house is ideally located right by the sea allowing for daily swims and walks by the coast. Excursions no more than 20 minutes by car like Dover Castle or other English Heritage treasures are nice to visit and family & pet friendly. Thank you for making this time really good for the family"

A spacious living room with two large, comfortable sofas, TV, an open fireplace and bay windows looking directly out to sea.
Open plan kitchen/dining room
Beautiful open-plan and well equipped kitchen with top of the range gas cooker. There is a dining table at one end with seating for six, and bar stools at the island. There is also a wood burner in the kitchen, perfect for cosy winter evenings.
Utility/ boot room
Fabulous laundry/ boot room just off the kitchen with washing facilities, extra storage and another fridge/freezer.
Conservatory
The conservatory overlooks the beautiful lawned garden. There is ample seating in here with two additional sofas.
Ground floor bathroom
Downstairs there is a brand new modern walk-in shower room, WC and basin.
Ground floor bedroom
On the ground floor is a newly renovated, spacious double bedroom, complete with a stand-alone bath tub.
First floor

Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
Hen and stag parties are not permitted.
One small, well behaved dog welcome - £25 will be charged for your dog to join
