Beautiful open-plan and well equipped kitchen with top of the range gas cooker. There is a dining table at one end with seating for six, and bar stools at the island. There is also a wood burner in the kitchen, perfect for cosy winter evenings.
Fabulous laundry/ boot room just off the kitchen with washing facilities, extra storage and another fridge/freezer.
The conservatory overlooks the beautiful lawned garden. There is ample seating in here with two additional sofas.
Downstairs there is a brand new modern walk-in shower room, WC and basin.
On the ground floor is a spacious double bedroom, complete with a stand-alone bath tub.

Parking available for one car by the gate of the house. This space doesn't look like a normal parking space so please don't be put off at first glance, as there is plenty of space for your car. Further parking can be found along the beach, where you should find ample spaces.

The beach is less than a minute away from the property. You can actually walk down from the front garden, down some little steps through the gate and cross the road to the seafront.
Yes, there is a SMEG coffee machine, which takes ground coffee and has a steam wand for milk. Please note that we do not provide the ground coffee. The Zetland Arms does lovely coffee, which is just a short walk from the property, and opens from 9.30am.
Yes, you can easily walk into the village of Kingsdown, where there is a newsagents (open 7am-5.30pm daily), and a brilliant butchers selling pies, meat, cheese and more. Note that the butchers is closed on a Sunday/Monday.
Yes, there is a spacious double bedroom next to the downstairs bathroom,. This bedroom has a bathtub and patio doors out onto the side of the garden.
Kingsdown is a charming pebble bay sandwiched between St Margaret's Cliff and Walmer; with Deal being only 15 minutes away on foot. The location, Oldstairs Bay is at the far end of Kingsdown beach. It's next to a popular coastal footpath that rises up to the White Cliffs. Kingsdown is a great base for exploring this beautiful region of East Kent.
