Whispering Waves
Tucked away in a quiet area of Hythe, just a one minute walk from the beach, this charming three bedroom house with free on road parking outside has been thoughtfully renovated with holidays in mind. Perfect for families, Whispering Waves offers comfortable and practical living just a short stroll from the beach, high street and shops. Inside, the layout has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the space, creating a home that feels both practical and sociable. Artwork, soft furnishings and playful pops of colour give the interiors warmth and personality, making it feel homely from the moment you arrive. The house retains many of its original features, including charming fireplaces in the bedrooms and beautiful wooden floorboards, which add character to each room. These are perfectly balanced by modern touches and upgrades that make the house comfortable and cosy throughout the year, whether you're enjoying sunny summer days by the coast or curling up after blustery winter walks along the beach. The well equipped kitchen opens out through double doors onto a private courtyard garden, complete with a table and bench seating, which becomes a lovely spot for morning coffee, relaxed lunches or al fresco drinks in the warmer months. Upstairs, you'll find three beautifully decorated bedrooms, a King size bed, a full size bunk bed room and a single bedroom. The bathroom benefits from having a bath and a rainfall shower. The layout is ideal for families, or couples looking for an ideally located base for a relaxing seaside break. Just opposite the house is a recreational field, with tennis courts and a skate park, perfect for children to run around, or simply to sit and enjoy a quiet moment outdoors. Whispering Waves really is a home that you'll want to return to year after year.

Open plan living area with sitting room at one end with comfortable sofa and window seat, decorative fireplace, and Smart TV. At the other end is a dining room with an extendable table and seating for up to 8. Door to the garden and kitchen.

Sleeps 1, with single bed, bedside table and lamp, hanging and a small chest of drawers in the fitted wardrobe.
Bathroom
Bath with overhead rainfall shower, wc, basin. Please note that there is quite a step down into the bath, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful home. We understand that accidents happen, but please let us know so we can sort for the next guests.
- Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
- Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
- Parties and loud music are not permitted.

Hythe
Hythe is one of Kent’s most loved coastal towns, known for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful seafront and long pebble beach. The promenade stretches along the shoreline and is ideal for bike rides, gentle strolls, morning swims or fish and chips.The stretch of beach connects Hythe towards Sandgate and Folkestone, making it a lovely place to walk or cycle. Hythe has a lovely independent high street just a short walk away with a good mix of places to eat, drink and browse. The house is ideally located for everyday essentials, with Waitrose just a short walk or drive away. Local favourites include Loaf cafe & bakery, the Nutmeg cafe or the Hideaway cafe. Families and kids will love exploring Hythe, with so much to see and explore, from Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway, Port Lympne Safari Park and Brockhill Country Park. Folkestone Harbour Arm is another great option for families or adults, with live music, a big screen, restaurants, foodie spots and sea scrub sauna which recenntly opened in Folkestone in March 2026.

Animal lovers can visit Howletts Wild Animal Park, Port Lympne Safari Park, The Hop Farm and Wingham Wildlife Park, while railway enthusiasts enjoy heritage journeys on East Kent Railway and the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway.
